The Russian military said that it repelled more than 100 Ukrainian drones, and no damage was reported in Sevastopol, the target of the attack. According to the local governor, the Ukrainian drone raids took place overnight on Thursday, downing a total of 121 UAVs.

The majority of the aircraft-type drones – 89 in total – were intercepted over Crimea, and another 23 over the Black Sea, according to the statement.
In mainland Russia, four drones were downed over Krasnodar Region, two over Oryol Region, one over Bryansk Region, and one over Belgorod Region. Another drone was intercepted over the Sea of Azov. -RT
Mikhail Razvozhayev, the governor of Sevastopol, reported that this was a “massive combined attack” on the city. Razvozhayev also said that the drone attack was defeated by the fleet and local air defense forces. He added that no damage was done in the city, and that all emergency services remain on high alert.

Progress toward ending the war could be forthcoming, according to United States President Donald Trump’s special envoy, Keith Kellogg.
In an interview on Wednesday, Fox News anchor Martha MacCallum asked Kellogg whether the US could accept Moscow’s demand that Ukraine renounce claims to territories it considers to be under Russian occupation. “Partially, yes,” Kellogg replied. “Look, the Ukrainians, Martha, have already said – they’re willing to give up the land… not de jure – forever – but de facto because the Russians actually occupied it. They’ve agreed to that,” he said. “They told me that last week.”
