Zelensky Apologizes To Trump Hoping For More Military Assistance

Ukraine’s ruler and war monger, Volodymyr Zelensky, has apologized to United States ruler, Donald Trump, hoping for more military assistance in its war with Russia. Trump failed to mention that the letter sent containing said apology had one.

Trump revealed he received Zelensky’s “important” letter last week, stating Kiev had expressed readiness “to come to the negotiating table as soon as possible.” The senior official in the White House made the remarks on Monday in an interview with Fox News, ahead of a meeting between U.S. and Ukrainian delegations scheduled to take place in Saudi Arabia this week. Washington expects to make “substantial progress” and hopes to ink a critical materials deal with Kiev, U.S. Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff has said.

While apparently opting to apologize to Trump in private, Zelensky has remained defiant in public, only describing the White House debacle as a “regrettable” gathering that “did not go as planned,” according to a report by RT.

Zelensky was asked to leave the White House before closed-door talks started.

Was Zelensky’s apology only given so Trump would reinstate military aid to Ukraine? Was it sincere? Even if it was, do you think Trump will revive Biden era support for Ukraine?
